V1 · Research

Licensed property records for any U.S. residential address.

PDI retrieves characteristics, an automated value estimate with range, a rent estimate, comparable sales, tax and sale history and ZIP-level market statistics from a licensed data provider — and shows exactly where each number came from and when. Nothing is estimated in-house, and nothing missing is filled in.

Enter a complete street address: number, street, city and state or ZIP.

Characteristics from public record

Property type, beds, baths, living area, lot size, year built and assessor identifiers, exactly as published. Fields the record omits are shown as unavailable.

Value and rent estimates with ranges

Provider automated valuation and long-term rent estimate, each with the provider's own low/high range. PDI publishes the range, never a single false-precision number.

Comparables, tax and sale history

Provider-selected comparable sales with distance and similarity, recorded transactions, and assessment and tax history where the county publishes it.

Source and retrieval time on every figure

Each section states its provider, endpoint, retrieval timestamp, provider data currency and whether it was served from PDI's cache.

Important disclosures

Property Data Intelligence produces modeled estimates, not appraisals, broker price opinions, or investment advice. Valuations, rent estimates, scores and forecasts are generated by deterministic statistical models from the data described on each report. Forecasts are scenarios that assume published trend decay; they are not guarantees of future value or return.

In this build all figures come from a labeled synthetic demo dataset. Demo output is never presented as live data. PDI is not a lender, broker, appraiser, or consumer reporting agency, and outputs may not be used for eligibility decisions covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or for Fair Housing–regulated screening.

Verify all figures independently before transacting. Read the methodology and data-source detail.
